Privacy Policy

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” (hereinafter referred to as the "Code"), Stefania Fangarezzi, as "owner" of the treatment, it is required to provide information about the use of your personal data.

1. Source of personal data
The collection of your personal data is carried out by recording the data provided by you, as an interested party, at the time of filling out the information request form.
2. Purpose of treatment
All your data will be used exclusively to respond by e-mail or by telephone to your requests for information on the activities or for commercial proposals by the Data Controller.
3. Methods of processing the acquired data
In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Once the set purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.
4. Optional supply of data
The provision of data is optional, but failing that, it will not be possible to respond to your requests for information on our activities.
However, it is always possible to tell which information you do not want to be stored.
5. Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents
Your personal data may only be known by the Data Controller of personal data. The data will not be disclosed to other subjects, nor will it be disseminated.
6. Rights of the interested party
Finally, we inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives the interested parties the opportunity to exercise specific rights, based on the provisions of art. 7 of the "Code" which is reported here:
  • a. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  • b. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
    • b1. The origin of the personal data;
    • b2. Of the purposes and methods of treatment;
    • b3. The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
    • b4. The identification details of the owner [  see below ], of the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  • c. The interested party has the right to obtain the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of the data:
    • c1. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    • c2. The attestation that the operations referred to in letters c1. and c2. have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  • d. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection:
    • d1. To the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
